April 20th marked Lukas' first birthday, and the year has been full of happiness. We can't imagine our lives without "Mr. Lukas" and so we had a big Cookie Monster blowout to mark the occasion. We were blessed to have family visit from all over and Lukas had a great time. He never quite made it past the icing when it came to his cake, but some would argue that the icing is the best part! We love so many things about Lukas, like his sweet spirit, his infectious smile, and exuberant laugh. We love hearing his little voice as he learns new ways to express himself, and most of all, we just love all the things that make him "the mister." Happy birthday Lukas- may you have many many more happy years.

Love the pictures! I'm glad Lukas had a wonderful cookie monster party. Wish we could've been there! Reagan give Lukas a big, slobbery kiss.
